Watch: Built For Business

Founded and headquartered in Carmel, Baker Hill recently renewed its lease and is expanding to 10,000 square feet at its current location. The expansion supports the company’s vision to create a state-of-the-art, high-tech meeting space that not only serves its clients and employees but also welcomes civic and community groups for events like technology meetups and local forums.

After careful consideration, we made the easy decision to remain headquartered in Carmel, true to our roots. Carmel is central to our culture and our value proposition. Our clients from across the country experience firsthand the authenticity and hospitality that define our Midwestern spirit. No one serves better than our people here."
Rick Griskie, Chief Operating and Technology Officer, Baker Hill

The new multi-functional space will accommodate gatherings of up to 150 attendees and is designed to support collaborative programming and local engagement. This expansion reinforces Baker Hill’s support of Indiana’s growing innovation economy and desire to be a convening space for business and technology leaders in the region.

Baker Hill’s seven-year lease renewal at 1320 City Center Drive underscores its long-term commitment to Carmel. Remaining and growing in this city is also a strategic advantage for recruiting top talent.

“Carmel has so much to offer — from award-winning schools and walkable neighborhoods to dynamic entertainment, dining and arts,” added Griskie. “It’s a place where top-tier professionals want to live and build their careers.”

It’s All About Community

Mayor Sue Finkam praised the company’s commitment in her remarks, stating,
